Amanda Adkins is a life long resident of Huntington and continues to reside there. She is a graduate of the Huntington High Class of 1999. Upon graduation she started classes at Marshall University with a goal of getting a B.A. in History. She graduated from Marshall University with a B.A. in History in December 2002. After graduation, Amanda worked as a child care worker for the next four years. In August of 2007, Amanda enrolled at Marshall University Community and Technical College to start work on her A.A.S. in Legal Assisting.

Amanda joined Underwood Law Office in March of 2008 working as an intern. Once the internship was completed, Amanda joined the staff as a part-time employee while working toward her degree. Amanda completed her Legal Assisting degree and joined the staff full-time in May 2009. She is the legal assistant who handles Worker’s Compensation claims and wrongful termination claims.
