Amy Conley joined the Underwood Law Offices, Inc., Inc. in July 2005. She is a 1984 graduate of Huntington High School. She holds an A.A.S. Degree in Legal Assisting and R.B.A. Degree from Marshall University. Amy has worked in the legal field for 13 years, and has experience in many facets of the law including criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, corporate law, real estate, and estate planning and probate.

Amy is the legal assistant primarily responsible for personal injury and civil litigation. Her legal assistant duties include meeting with clients, filing pleadings with the court clerks, keeping clients informed on the progress of their case and preparing the cases for negotiations or trial.

Amy lives in Huntington, West Virginia with her family.
